When finishing a visit to a customer, Handy requires the sales rep to select an outcome. This information is valuable to understand and improve the sales efforts.
You can customize the outcome options. Go to the configuration options for your Handy account on the top right of your screen.
Select the Visits tab. Then, select the Customize visit results.
Here you can edit, create or disable the results of your visits. Each outcome can be classified as Effective, meaning it is a positive result of the visit for your company, or Non Effective, a bad result.
